Wristbands that have been purchased for the St. Patrick's Day V.I.P. After Party at the Rough Rider's Clubhouse will be available for early pick-up at the following locations.  Save time and skip the line!!!

• March 7th, 2024 from 4:30PM - 7:00PM, Rough Riders Clubhouse - Bartley Hall during the St. Patrick's Night Parade Bead Sale
• March 13th, 2024 from 4:30PM - 7:00PM, Rough Riders Clubhouse - Bartley Hall during the St. Patrick's Night Parade Bead Sale
• March 16th, 2024 from 9:00AM - 11:00AM, Rough Riders Clubhouse when parking in VIP secured parking lot before the parade

The Rough Riders are holding our 3rd Annual St. Patrick's V.I.P. After Party at the Rough Rider Clubhouse.  Limited to the first 500 who buy tickets.

Includes:

TRANSPORTATION  &  PARKING

• Secured free parking at Rough Rider Clubhouse (starting 9:00 am)
• Free shuttle service to Hotel Riverwalk (9:00 am until 11:00 am)
• Free shuttle from end of parade route to Clubhouse (ending at 8:15 pm)

• 08:30 - VIP patrons begin entering Rough Rider parking area and picking up wristbands
• 09:00 - 11:00 - Shuttles continue round-trip taking guests to the Hilton Downtown for the Brunch & Beverage Party
• 13:00 - 17:00 - Pre-Parade Staging at Egypt Shriners Budlight Beer & Wine Garden at Tampa and Madison Streets
• 17:00 - Parade begins
• 18:30 - Shuttles start bringing people to the Clubhouse from the end of the parade route at E Polk St and Florida Ave
• 19:00 - Food trucks are fully open and ready for sales
• 19:00 - Bars and Beer stations open
• 19:00 - DJ Kenny Kelley begins the entertainment
• 20:30 - First shuttle to return guests to the Hotel Riverwalk from the Clubhouse
• 22:30 - Food trucks shut down
• 23:00 - Bar stations shut down
• 23:00 - Entertainment shuts down
• 23:00 – Last shuttle to return guests to the Hotel Riverwalk from the Clubhouse 
• 23:00 - TPD resources leave
• 23:00 – Shutdown event
