Cigar Bash & Flea Market Volunteers – We need your help!
Saturday, 11 June: 7:00 am to 6:30 pm
As Teddy Roosevelt said, “Come when you can, Do what you can, Leave when you need to.” or something like that.
- Open to all volunteers not just Rough Rider members
- Volunteers get a coupon for food and unlimited soda and water
- 7:00 am to 10:00 am: Set-Up 10’x10’ pop-up canopies, folding tables & chairs for the Vendors
-- When you arrive see Coz Cosgrove, 813.810.1825; Jeff Albritton, 863.581.4451; or Ed Dunn, 813.241.5760, for set-up assignments
- 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – Security inside the building, gate, & float barns. Parking monitors outside gate and surrounding businesses
-- When you arrive, see Mike Glazer, 813.390.2108, for security and parking assignments
- 5:00 pm to 6:30 PM: Take Down Vendor pop-up canopies, folding tables, & chairs
