Rough Riders attending the Fallen Members Ceremony on Thursday the 26th are encouraged to wear their uniforms in addition to hats to add color and dignity to the ceremony. Also please try to park in the lots across 19th Street and next door to free up parking for family members and guests in the Rough Rider lot.
